* Liability insurance update: We are currently working with PBC Insurance to get us a quote for a general liability policy with adequate coverage for the range of activities in the makerspace - including woodworking which several insurers have balked at so far. ETA next week

* We received historical documentation from former board member Piotr. Its hard copy and will need digitizing.
* Follow up on action item from April: Sam to investigate a process for capturing agenda, meeting minutes and archiving those on the wiki.
