* Our bid for 211A Grimes St was rejected. The landlord was not comfortable with our operating model and the number of people needing access to the building.
* Looked at a space on 23 E 28th in South Eugene. Approx 1400sqft @ $1700/mo. We are considering offering a Letter of Intent.
