Capabilities
- Dual extruder - Enclosed print area and high-heat capability hot-end and bed makes this printer a good choice for ABS, ASA and Nylon - Relatively slow speed
Slicer Software How-to
- The IdeaMaker software is installed on the PC nearest the 3d printers.
- Import your models and slice them with the EMS+[MATERIAL] slicing profiles (EMS+PLA, EMS+ABS, EMS+NYLON)
- These are kept up to date and exported on occasion to a backup on EMS File Share
- Make a copy before making any changes!
- This printer currently prints PLA at 60mm/s :-(
- You can either "Upload to Printer" for local LAN print, or "Export to Local Disk" and save it to a USB stick.
- Do not walk away with the attached USB stick!
- Do not assume your GCode files will be preserved! Backup up your models and GCODE if that is important to you.
- Starting the print is done on the little touch screen attached to the printer
- Select "Print" on the bottom bar
- Select "Upload Queue" if you uploaded it, select "USB Storage" if you uploaded it to USB

- Loading is the reverse; the
