Future Agenda Items
- Todo:
- Work on applying for property tax abatement to reduce the cost of our lease.
- Deeper member data. As in which members have left us, and did we exit interview them why?
- Refining our Resource management and how that applies to tool maintenance.
- Discussion of the key-holder/membership relationship.
- Discuss signing on to the STEM-CORE project, and possibly include some in kind expenses.
- Data logging policy
- Webcam policy
- Done
- Review new logos and discuss adoption.
