Reports
President's report
Everything's fine, nothing is ruined. We had a new member (Josiah) who came in with some exciting equipment loans including a very nice table saw. He also brought in some scrap metal and some other things.
Secretary's report
Nothing to report.
Treasurer's report
03/05/2020 status: We have $2,099.82 in the bank account. We have $91.28 in PayPal and $64.43 in Patreon which comes to a total of $2,255.53.
Outstanding payments: $1,400 for rent, EWEB approx $120, Comcast for $85, Scalaway hosting $10.14. Our insurance payment is upcoming, we will need to plan for that.
The outstanding payments for the month are $1,615.14 which means we will have $649 in the bank account after we pay everything. We need to net roughly 6 more members.
A complication we have this year is that we're paying $100 more each month for rent and $20 more for Comcast.
Shop status
Nothing new to report. Upgrades and repairs are progressing.

On-going.
New Business
Can Piotr drop stuff off to be sold on eBay?
Piotr has some hardware to contribute to EMS with the understanding that it be eBay'd and the proceeds go to the Maker Space. We discussed the logistics of how to eBay it (which account, how to pay for the listings, etc). Piotr anticipates that the specialty nature of the hardware may mean it doesn't sell quickly, but it could be profitable. We will need to mark the boxes appropriately to protect it from being picked over while we wait for it to sell.
Pi Day/Cleanup Day
Covered in earlier item.
Shop Smith
The Shop Smith table saw previously loaned to us left but some of the accessories stayed behind. Beata suggested that we contact the person who loaned it (John?) letting him know they are here.
Karen reached out to John already to let him know but did not hear back.
ACTION: Beata will will reach out to John to let him know.
Christina's Stuff
We will donate what we can and get rid of the rest.
Lost and Found
We will chuck the contents of the box (whiskey bottle, some clothes). We discussed the possibility of making an official lost & found box.
ACTION: Karen will will make a lost & found box.
