Motion: Karen moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the agenda as amended.

The motion was seconded by Piotr.

Motion passes, the vote was Unanimous.

Approve previous minutes

Motion: Karen moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the minutes from the September BoD meeting as submitted.

The motion was seconded by Ben.

We have many open hacks scheduled over the upcoming weeks due to generous time commitments from the membership.

-We became aware of a gap in our process if people skip go and go directly to Patreon (without creating a Gatekeeper account) then they may not know what to do next.  Karen drafted a welcome message and solicited feedback, the purpose is to tie this into the Patreon system to be sent upon receipt of a pledge.
