Annual Todo List
Each item on the annual todo list must be completed 30 days before it is due.
- Pay the annual state corporation fees.
- Deliver the annual report to the Secretary of State when due.
- Make sure we always have a current registered agent and registered office in this state.
- Notify the Secretary of State anytime the registered agent or registered office has been changed, or that the registered agent has resigned, or that the registered office has been discontinued.
- Check with the board to see if there are any other updates to our information before sending it in.
