Approve this agenda
Motion: Ben moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the agenda as presented.
The motion was seconded by Karen.
Motion passes, the vote was Unanimous.
Approve previous minutes
Motion: Karen moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the minutes from the June BoD meeting as submitted.
The motion was seconded by Beata.
Motion passes, the vote was Unanimous.
Reports
President's report
Open hack nights have been going again and we have open hacks through September 19th on Tuesdays thanks to Sam Foster's generous donation of his time. We received an e-mail from Google telling us that they have added new options for marking transgender safe spaces, LGBTQ+ welcoming places, and gender neutral bathrooms for the map entry. We are compliant so she added those to our record.

Another Broadcom donation of $100 was logged, it should be reflected in the deposits shortly.
Shop status
No updates on shop status since last month. It is still there, huzzah!

Recurring. We'll reach out to the community per the above for feedback then plan to make a quick decision and execution.
New Business
Insurance
Our insurance for the year is paid, Piotr visited their office in person and we were able to realize savings by being able to pay it all at once. Our coverage has been uninterrupted.
Review upcoming events
We have tuesday open hacks through the middle of September.
