Motion: Ben moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the agenda as presented.
The motion was seconded by Karen.

Approve previous minutes
Motion: Beata moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the minutes from the July BoD meeting as submitted.
The motion was seconded by Karen.

President's report
Nothing to report.
Secretary's report
Nothing to report.
Treasurer's report
Not present.
Shop status
Ben used the shop this month, it looked solid. Beata reports that he visited an Open Hack and there was sawdust everywhere and the refrigerator is not functioning/cleaned but we have people visiting!
Old Business/Action Item Review
Peter will write a letter to a DVR manufacturer to see if they would be willing to donate a system

Ben will write a request to the community for ideas and/or equipment suggestions re: DVR replacement
Done. We have an NVR.

Installation of NVR
We will try to meet on Wednesday the 9th to do the install, weather and schedules permitting.
