Approve this agenda
Motion: Ben moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the agenda as amended.
The motion was seconded by Piotr.
Motion passes, the vote was Unanimous.
Approve previous minutes
Motion: Karen moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the minutes from the July BoD meeting as amended.
The motion was seconded by Piotr.
Motion passes, the vote was unanimous.

President's report
Nothing to report.
Secretary's report
Nothing to report.
Treasurer's report
Everything is paid for this month. We have $1,354.77 in the bank account. $144.90 in PayPal. $0 in Patreon. No outstanding payments for this month with an overall balance $1,499.67. We burned $103.20 last month, NET.
Our donations are not yet in from Broadcom.
ACTION: Ben will Find out what's up with the donations.
Karen hasn't checked the cashbox since the 14th, there may be some donations yet to be deposited. She has no receipts. She has spoken to someone who is coming to town for a week who will pay for a one month membership.
Shop status
Beata reports that the shop is still there. He was present on Tuesday when he almost broke a drill on the air compressor but then didn't. Jeffrey brought back parts for the CNC table. Karen would like us to avoid seeing it all parted out, especially if we don't know what the allowed disposition.

Someone has offered to donate a printer, Karen corresponded with him and will schedule a time for pickup/dropoff.
