President’s report
- Short update to Patreon members with status on the location hunt, recent goings on was sent out June 24th.

- Oregon DOJ wrote us, we are overdue with our ‘24 filing.
- ACTION: Andrew, will Confirm we are up to date with the DOJ.

New space location-hunting report
- Our bid for 211A Grimes St was rejected. The landlord was not comfortable with our operating model and the number of people needing access to the building.
- Looked at a space on 23 E 28th in South Eugene. Approx 1400sqft @ $1700/mo. We are considering offering a Letter of Intent.

- Very useful conversations, exploring operating models, policies and building a network of makerspace manager contacts.
- Accepting donations at events
- Cash donations are awkward: revitalize the robot arm project for tabled events. Sam the Taller has new steppers and is working on it.
- Discord Bot
- Sam started a bot to list out BoD action items from our previous minutes. Its a work in progress.
Re-opening preparedness
- Updating mission statement, **policies** and other about-us and how-we-roll documents
- Weekly working sessions planned.
- ACTION: Sam will tag some of the content on there we want to archive. This would go faster with a wikimedia addon to quickly add categories to pages, but the ..
- ACTION: Andrew will either install the addon or adjust permissions to allow board members to do so.

- Sam and Suzi are planning a review of our operating documents to start updating them (code of conducts, membership details etc.)
