Approve this agenda
Motion: Ben moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the agenda as amended.
The motion was seconded by Karen.
Motion passes, the vote was Unanimous.
Approve previous minutes
Motion: Karen moved that the Eugene Makerspace Board of Directors approve the minutes from the September BoD meeting as amended.
The motion was seconded by Beata.

President's report
Nothing to report.
Secretary's report
Nothing to report.
Treasurer's report
All payments due for October 1st 2020 are payed. In our accounts we have the following amounts of money:
- Bank: 1500.63
- PayPal: 241.50
- Patreon: 166.92
This results in a sum of: 1909.05, which is an increase of 371.41 from last month. Thank you Karen for depositing the money and checks.

Old Business/Action Item Review
Ben will find out what's up with the donations
We received checks for $130 and $200 and they were deposited
COVID-19 status review - Open Hack closure status
No new guidance from the Governor, steady state. We are low on masks, Ben will get some more.
ACTION: Ben will order more masks. ACTION: Karen will remove next two months of Friday meets on meetup.

Met with Jeffrey's person at the shop, they signed up as a member and connected via Patreon.
New Business
Responding to messages
Karen wanted to double check to make sure nobody else hadn't responded to our webforms. She will reach out to some of the folks.
ACTION: Karen will respond to some of our recent webform contacts from outsiders.
Orion Rostock V2 delta 3D Printer
What's it need to bring to life? Beata has secured what's needed for it and will be working on it. Once it's up, he will get it tuned and working with one of the desktops and we will pursue possibly getting Octoprint installed (either on Pi hardware or one of the desktops).
ACTION: Ben will will drop off some 1.75 filament. ACTION: Karen will install a new hard drive in the 3d Printer workstation.
Patreon webhook
Ben briefed the crew about the webhook timeout situation. Possibly speed of light related, the SSL sessions are timing out.
Shark
Beata looked into the laser and the laser looked back. It has plumbing for water cooling but is not connected. Beata is talking with Laser Tom about possible experiments in introducing cooling.
